Apparel Fulfillment. Every Style, Size, and Colorway.
Archive 3PL is an apparel fulfillment partner for growing DTC and creator brands. We receive, store, pick, pack, and ship high-SKU apparel - every size, every colorway, every cut - along with returns, exchanges, wholesale and event shipping, and white-label customer service. It all runs out of one building in San Diego, with one point of contact who knows your brand. If your brand doesn't fit the mold a big 3PL wants to put you in, that's usually the reason to call us, not the reason not to.
Folded, Bagged, and Tagged the Way You'd Do It
Poly bags, hang tags, size stickers, tissue, inserts, the fold itself. Apparel is a physical product people touch the second they open it, so we pack it like the brand is watching. Because it is.
Wholesale Orders and Retail Drops, Prepped Right
Size runs, case packs, LTL pallets, and retail shipments prepped, labeled, and out the door. Whether it's a boutique order or a national account, it ships to spec and it ships on time.
Built for Drop Days and Restocks
Launch volume doesn't scare us. When a drop sells through in an hour, the orders don't sit — they move the same day they always do, and your inbox stays quiet.
Apparel Fulfillment, Without the Daily Headaches.
From size-run accuracy to on-time shipping, we keep your daily operations running smoothly. Every order goes out clean, on-brand, and on schedule. Month to month, no contracts ever. So you can focus on the next drop - not damage control.

How It Works
Receive. Store. Pick. Pack. Ship.
Five steps. That's the whole job. The difference is who's doing them, how well they know your brand, and whether you have to think about it on a Tuesday afternoon.
Receive
Your inventory shows up and gets logged, counted, and verified against what was supposed to arrive. Same day or next.
Store
Every style, size, and colorway shelved and barcoded so a small in a specific colorway is never a scavenger hunt.
Pick
Every pick scanned against the order before it moves. 99.97% order accuracy, with high SKU counts as the normal day here, not the exception.
Pack
Poly bags, hang tags, size stickers, tissue, inserts, the fold itself. Packed the way you'd pack it yourself.
Ship
Out the door under your brand. Most DTC orders ship within 24 business hours, drop day or regular Tuesday.
Returns and exchanges, wholesale and retail orders, and white-label customer service run on the same floor, with the same person who knows your account — reachable 24/7, not just between nine and five.
Same Team. Same Building.

Straight Answers
Apparel Fulfillment Questions
The things brand owners actually ask us on the first call.
Do you have order minimums?
No hard minimums. Our systems are built for brands that are already shipping consistently. If you're still packing orders at your kitchen table, we'll tell you honestly that you're better off doing that a while longer, and we'll tell you what to look for when it's time.
Can you actually handle high SKU counts?
Yes, and it's the reason most brands find us. A single tee in six sizes and four colorways is 24 SKUs before you've added a second style. Most 3PLs won't touch that. Apparel is what this building was set up to do, so every size, colorway, and cut gets its own location and its own barcode.
How fast do orders ship?
Most DTC orders ship within 24 business hours of hitting our system. That holds on drop days too — launch volume is planned for, not reacted to.
Do you handle returns and exchanges?
Yes. Apparel gets returned and swapped more than almost any other category, so returns aren't an afterthought here. We also run white-label customer service by email — questions about orders, sizes, and addresses go to your brand's inbox and get answered under your name. Your customers never know we exist.
What does it cost?
We quote on your actual order profile — product size, weight, and order volume. There's no published rate card, because a rate card either overcharges the simple brands or underprices the complicated ones. What we will commit to is a quote you can read and no surprise line items on the invoice.
What platforms do you integrate with?
Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, and most major platforms. If you're on something less common, a custom connection is usually possible — bring it up on the call and we'll tell you straight whether it's a lift or not.
Can you use our packaging?
Either way. Send us your poly mailers, boxes, tissue, and inserts, or we design and produce them in-house. Production and fulfillment live under one roof here, which is why that's a real option and not a referral to a vendor.
Do you do wholesale and retail orders too?
Yes. Size runs, case packs, LTL pallets, and retail shipments prepped, labeled, and routed to spec — domestically and internationally. Same for events and conventions, where the box has to land right the first time because there's no second chance.
How long does switching take, and when should we do it?
Inbound inventory is logged, verified, and shelved same-day or next-day, so the changeover itself is short. Timing is the bigger question: the best window to move is Q1, right after Q4 subsides, or early Q2 or Q3 so you're settled before peak. Moving during Q4 is the one thing we'd talk you out of. Our own onboarding pauses through the Q4 rush and reopens in January with a waitlist.
How accurate is your picking?
99.97%. Every pick is scanned against the order before it gets packed, which is the only way high-SKU apparel stays honest — a small in the wrong colorway looks identical on a packing slip and nothing like it in the customer’s hands. The scan is what catches it, every time, not a person double-checking on a good day.
Who do we actually talk to when something goes wrong?
One point of contact who knows your brand and your account. Not a ticket queue, not a different name every time. Communication runs 24/7 — because the moment you need an answer is usually 9pm the night before a drop, not Tuesday at eleven.
Are we locked into a contract?
Month to month, no contracts ever. If we stop earning it, you leave. We'd rather keep the account because the work is good than because the paperwork says you have to.
Let’s Figure Out What Your Brand Actually Needs
No rate card interrogation, no pitch deck. One conversation about how you ship today, what's breaking, and whether what we do here lines up with it. If it doesn't, we'll be the first ones to tell you.
